If your child is eligible for injury rehabilitation funding, consult with your case manager to gain approval for Occupational Therapy sessions with Jacki. You will then pay for the session upfront, and be issued an invoice to submit to your case manager for reimbursement.

It is unlikely that your health insurance company will cover Occupational Therapy services. This is an issue our professional body (OTNZ-WNA) is dealing with, however I suggest you liaise directly with your insurance company prior to an initial appointment with POP OT, to avoid any disappointment for declined claims later on.

If the client wishes to reschedule or cancel a session and advises therapist with more than 24 hours' notice, this will be done free of charge for up to 3 rescheduling's (after which a $30 admin fee will be added to subsequent appointment).
If less than 24 hours notice is given, client will be invoiced $30. If 2 or more appointments are cancelled or rescheduled short-notice, the therapist reserves the right to discontinue service provision.
The therapist reserves the right to reschedule appointments as needed, in coordination with the client.
