Available appointment slots are indicated on this calendar.  

When you have identified a couple of options that would suit your schedule, please contact Jacki to request them.  If you have previously worked with Jacki, contact her directly via phone or email.  If you are new to POP Occupational Therapy, please complete a Contact Me form and state preferred appointment times.

West Auckland (Avondale): Tuesday afternoons during term time.

North Shore (Takapuna): first Wednesday morning of each month.

East Auckland (St Heliers): Wednesday afternoons.

Available community visits are with travel fees incurred by client.
